Tdh’s health programme focuses on maternal and child health, with a particular focus within the perinatal period, where we support government healthcare workers, frontline nutrition workers, pregnant and postnatal women, new-borns, and children under the age of 5. Our health programme is deeply entrenched in digital technology and uses the same effectively to amplify the impact. At the core of Tdh’s health programme is a system strengthening approach.
Furthermore, Tdh’s Health Programme will consider the impact of climate change, factor in suitable interventions to meet the health service demand, and the participation of local communities and local actors in the design of the required response (combination of a contextualised adapted response and local appropriation of the situation and its future).
Our current intervention states in India are Jharkhand and West Bengal
