Tdh conducted a training session between August-September 2021 for its NGO partners on Restorative Circles. The training was open to persons working in any capacity in any organization that works directly with children, who are desirous of gaining skills in facilitating Restorative Circles with children. A Needs Assessment was undertaken to understand the profile of the participants and enable customization of the training plan. A Training Plan was then developed to offer a total of 35 hours [15 hours of experiential learning and 20 hours of practice sessions] spread over 14 sessions of 2.5 hours each.
