Tdh’s migration programme, Children and Youth on the Move (CYM), focuses on supporting children and young people affected by or at risk of unsafe migration to access their rights and quality services for their protection and development. One of our major goals is to ensure better child-based skills and knowledge among the government and other service providers working with children. Therefore, we work at a systemic level, engaging with government structures, service providers, civil society organisations, the private sector, communities, families, and children to ensure the care and protection of vulnerable children in the long term. Tdh aims to influence policymaking and facilitate the coordination of child protection professionals by providing technical support and capacity building to our partners.
Our migration programmes’ core intervention areas include West Bengal and Jharkhand.
